Hey, I'm Adam,

I’m the Founder of Shilton Digital and writer of 'Programmed for Profit'.

I’m also a TEDx Speaker, a Dad, and a lifelong Metalhead.

I’ve spent the past 15.5 years leading the Sales & Marketing efforts of small to medium sized companies in extremely competitive markets. 

I've sold:

- Chicken Monitoring Systems (no joke)

And, it’s my obsession with technology that’s enabled me to produce big results from a small amount of people (including my business of one).

In recent years, I’ve:

- Closed contracts totalling 7-figures
- Built multiple 6 and 7-figure pipelines
- Achieved up to 28% positive conversions on cold outreach
- Increased website landing page conversions to 20%+
- Built a following of ~30,000 people on social and e-mail

I started writing on LinkedIn at the end of 2022, and within 2 years I’d become a Top Voice and ‘AI Influencer’. But what am I truly passionate about?
